Any tweak around the 'Send-Only' PayPal account?

Let's say you have $ to fetch to PayPal, but you live in a country where 'Sent-Only' option is given. So how do you get rid of this 'Send-Only' limitation?
Some suggested:

a)
1. Register another account in the 'Send & Receive' country using dummy info
2. Start receiving $
3. Use the $500 limitation (apparently Canada can have more $) to spend

b)
1. Register another account in the 'Send & Receive' country
2. Use VCC to verify (VCC can be bought)
3. Start receiving and withdraw $.

c).
1. Register another account in the 'Send & Receive' country using dummy info
2. Start receiving $
3. Withdraw to your Visa Card (there is an option in your unverified account)

d.)
1. Ask someone reliable with verified PayPal with 'Send & Receive' option, to get and spend the $ for you
2. Give him/her the service charge!


I'd really happy if you can share what you have done to receive $ to your unverified account and pay for your ebay, domain and hosting services.

 

i think registering account and using via vpn is the best solution not sure because i have both option

 

vpn? You will need a US bank account if you want to sign up for pp US. Can you make it a bit clear?

 

use a dedicated proxy and stick to it im sure u wont have problems

 

I tried to search for 'step by step using VPN for PayPal' but couldn't find one. Please, link me to any detail you think it's useful for to learn.

 

I'm from send only country.
Can you provide more detail on how to load the account from another unverified Paypal acc.
