do you know any trusty registrar that is accepting moneybookers for purchasing domains?

Place ads? where? If you park a domain with any registrar, you'll see ads mostly.

 

Yes dynadot offers parking and parking revenue. If you purchase a domain and do not change the namerservers it will automatically be parked. You can see what their parking page looks like Here. Also, at the end of every month they will credit the amount to your dynadot account so you can use that money to purchase even more domains. Hope this helps
