any tried article submission wisards ? do they work ? pros and cons?

im looking to get one, but want to make sure it works and you wont get a ban from google or something

I would suggest try writing some articles without using those programs. You may find that doing it this way may save you a lot of time and money. Some of those programs have a steep learning curve and could be a waste of time.
