Why do you say it takes 3 months?

 

it will take time increase you PR, concentrate on your posting good contents instead PR. it will be automatically increased

 

you will get many comments and suggests for this but no body will guarntee you about their suggests as there is no quicker method..it takes time, patience and some quality work to get your site high in the rank...

 

How about linking a pr7 tp pr1? How would google consider of pr1 sites for future page rank?

There is no trick for improving PR of a site quickly. Its a process of months to improve the PR try posting good and original content and update regularly.
Also use social bookmarking and linkbuildiung and other stuff to get high PR in reasonable time.
