    I am using few kind of autoresponder (eg mailwizz), and this kind of autoresponder provide normal html form , example

....
.... </form>

    Is there any tools I can put in the code in, enhance the GUI of the form before I embed into my website?

    basically, all this form is pretty simple and not attractive, and I don't have much knowledge of coding such as css. I wish to create better form before I attach into my WordPress page

    You need to apply some CSS styles to make it look great. I would suggest spending some time trying to understand the CSS and do it yourself. Like this: https://www.w3schools.com/css/
