Keyword Elite has this function. But I can't wholeheartedly recommend it, as other of its functions are "broken."
You can do this in MS Word. Just put your keywords in there, and go to "Find ... Replace". Just replace either the word you put in there with another word, or replace the space in between with the word. Find " " Replace with " widgets "
