Any tool to increase Twitter followers?

I hadnt seen this before, is it really good? Can you customise in anyway? For example if I wanted followers in London?

I use Friend or Follow and add people in my niche, weekly I unfriend the ones who did not friend me.

 

I have 52K followers. @joehobot it is safe to say that i auto follow 80% of people it is also save to say that i use tweepi.com just to manage my account. refollow.com was good until recently

 

Twiends is great.

Here are some more sites like Twiends. The big thing is that Twiends has a sizeable share of people that keeps the site alive. The alternatives may have a tough time attracting new people.

but people start unfollowing you after a while :S
