    PR is always change every time Google update their Pagerank. Same with alexa rank. I think there are no tools to check PR history.

    I didn't find any tool yet to find the google pagerank history. To store and track google pagrerank values of a site from today onwards you can use seo panel.

    The pr checker at link.ezer.com PR prediction + recorder keeps a history of your site's pr, but it doesn't start recording the history until you start making the visits. It records and stores the status each time you query your stie. :)
