    Do Social Bookmarking. there are some free Semi Automated Social Bookmarking tools like socialmarker.com and socialposter.com.

    Don't get too many backlinks for a new site in the beginning, or you will get bumped to page 999999.

    Do everything naturally and slowly.

    Do as I say in order below...
    1>> Submit your Website to Digg.com with anchor text..
    2>> Wait for 3 hours of submission and then, Social Bookmark your website on Stumbleupon and Delicious.com
    3>> Wait for more 3 hours, and then social bookmark your website on top 50 Bookmarking websites.

    Do note:
    1>> Follow as I say.
    2>> Use combinations of new keywords (anchor text) or Title every second site, meaning, dont use same keyword for each of your social bookmarking.
