do a key word search for the same key words that you are using. Then try to put your link on the sites that show up from your search. Ex., if a few blogs are on the first page, make comments on the blogs w/ your URL.

Are you using any kind of analytical software? Do you know what keyword(s) you are hoping to rank for? What is your strategy to building up a backlink portfolio?

The bottom line is that if you don't know how to track and follow your keywords you are aiming for, then you are pretty much sunk like 90% of the other websites out there that don't know what they are doing...

If you are posting everyday, stop and spend your time building backlinks and focusing on keywords that you want to rank for. Focus just on one or two. Go back over your past posts and build some good internal link structure using the keywords that you are focusing on. Then use some software to track where on google you are being ranked for that particular keyword. Once you make it to the top ten (first page), rinse and repeat.

Obviously, you are going to have to put some work into this. You will need to know roughly how many people are searching for a keyword as well as how many competing pages you are having to deal with. Start off by choosing long tail keywords as these will be easier to rank for.

For example...the best case scenario for you would be to get to the front page of google with the search term "mma" which gets a little over 700 searches daily from google. However, since you are competing with over 24 million sites, it would take a pretty focused campaign to get there (maybe a year).

Instead, you could opt for something a little less traveled..like "mma fights" which gets 60 searches a day from google and has only 236,000 competing pages. With that few of competing pages, you could easily get into the top 10 within a couple months. Once you make it there, choose another keyword.

I know...this is probably not what you were hoping to hear but aside from spending all your time in MMA forums and "digging" things to death, it is the most effective way to get traffic.

I mentioned that you needed to reduce your posting down. It is one of those things that people don't get. They think that if they are adding a ton of content daily, that they will eventually get to the point where they will be rewarded for their efforts. This isn't exactly the case. Most bloggers and websites will spend all their time creating content and not near enough time building the other stuff (backlinks, ect) when they should be doing the opposite (80% building backlinks and what not, 20% writing content).

Of course, if this seems too much for you, you could always opt for the other route...PPC.

MMA huh? Maybe this maybe a nice niche I could enter....;)

If you have no money for advertising/hiring people to do work, you can try the following:

    1) article marketing
    2) submitting to directories
    3) posting on forums related to those niches
    4) contacting people for reciprocal links

If you have no budget for traffic generation
then you need time. Basically, time is money!

So, probably, article marketing is your best
bet. Use keyword search to research buyers
for your niches. Then, write a series of
articles leading people into your product/offer.

I think following are steps to go (there is no quick way) :

Keywords page wise you need to focus.

Page optimization : Meta Tags - Title, Keyword and Descriptions (Make sure your keywords reflect properly in these tags)

Page content should be very close to keywords and content should have couple of keywords. Page should have link to other pages based on keywords.

Once your web site content wise OK and optimized.

    Start promoting -

    Directory submission,
Link exchange limit with related web sites only
Article submission limited do not look for too much
    Form or blog submission

Wait for some time to see the results.

Analyze results. Start optimizing again and submission. This is a short story from my side for web site promotion.

i don't recommend you to advertise on adwords. Just concentrate on SEO, believe me, this is more effective than any kind of marketing. SEO brings continuosly targeted valuable traffic.
