    Yes! there a lot of tips like advertise on Facebook, share with friends, ask others to share your fan page.
    Outsource getting likes on Fiverr. etc.

    You can put a reveal tab on your page, this forces non-fans to like your page first before viewing your content

    And where would you buy some? Fiverr has many tempting offers but I hardly believe them. And if you want to promote a small niche company, people will not going to like it.
