Hi, As you're all aware, i'm currently on a mission publicising my new MMPOG (see sig.) a tiny column in any gaming magazine would probably drive a good few people the site. One of my previous success sites, was help a long way by a magazine article. It was luck though. i posted the link to my site in a forum, and the editor of an upcoming graphics magazine (imagineFX) saw it and e-mail me asking for a picture and a brief e-mail interview. They published my site in their magazine and i got a lot of taffic from it. But like i said, that was luck. Does anyone have any tip on improving this luck? Thanks in advanced.
Try contacting magazines your self with your proposals (make it very professional and convincing). That's the best you can do.
ookay, cheers. any tips on how to make it look very professional and convincing (remembering that this game has only been going a week and only has 75 registered users) And also, what sort of person would you contact? (e.g. editor, article writer, janitor lol)
