Are you using a dial up connection or a direct line. I am using a dial up connection, however after installing a router, I am getting more speed than what I get normally. I guess the router sucks up all the connection speed which is around my home. I am sure other people around me using the net must be having connection problems, lol !!!!!!
It really depends on the seed/peer ratio. Always look for torrents with the best seed/peer ratio. The more seeds compared to peers the better
