Any support chat software which support instant messaging?

Hello,

any software for website visitor chat that allows suporter (admin) to chat via XMPP, jabber, icq, gtalk or such messgers?

My biggest open source candidates so far:
http://livehelperchat.com (allows notiffications to XMPP, but one needs to click link and is redirected to a website backoffice to chat...)
http://mibew.org

Another is: https://www.clickdesk.com (they say: "Take chats from your favorite IM (GTalk/Skype) on desktop or mobile.". Free version, 1 representative, supports GoogleTalk!)

zopim.com supported that, but there were some issues and it stopped working

I have IM+ on my mobile, but im not looking for IM client, im looking for solution where i can embed chat on my website and i can support visitors from any instant messenger.
