Any suggestions for Optimizing my sites Title Tag and Description?

    I updated it a week ago and it jumped from Page 4 for my keyword phrase "Green Living" to Page 3. Any suggestion as to how the Meta title tag and description should appear to show up on page 1?

    Have you added your meta tags and description yet? If you haven't, then you should do so to help the SE bots crawl your site better. The codes should look something like this

    <head>
    <title>Meta examples</title>
    <meta name='keywords' content='keywords 1, keywords 2'/>
    <meta name='description' content='your description here'/>
    </head>
