Dear all, my Real estate directory has been 9 months old but cannot archieve visitors like it should. I only get 200-300 unique visitors per day. I tried to submit link to directories, created articles and submitted all of them to most article directory sites. Many of mail to me is link exchange and some comments but that is not I wanted. Did I do something wrong about promoting my site? Please give me some suggestion. Regards,
Have you heard of the new real estate refinement in google? They pull information from google base to fill that. I have been doing massive uploads and I have been seeing results for my clients. You could also create promotions and do posts on craigslist and myspace and google base. Let people know on different forums about ur DEALS like submit a link for 19 bucks get the second one half off or cut your price for a certain month. Creat some link bait like a news feed, blog or tool for real estate agents. Also dont forget google adwords. Put some money into it and I assure you it will pay off.
