I'd start by validating your HTML code. You're also using tables for layout (not necessarily a bad idea, even though I prefer semantic markup), but rather than using the table as a framework to handle the rest of the site's design, you're using it for everything. This is causing the search engine spiders to go through more code than is necessary to get to the content - which is what they really want. Most of your in-line formatting can be handled by a single external stylesheet, as well as your layout. Again, if you want to use a table for the site's layout, I won't harp on you for it (especially if it's part of a CMS that has to accept input from M$ Word documents), just make sure that it's as lean as possible.
I would say the number one thing is to have individual <title> for each page. There are probably loads of other things, but youre handicapping yourself from the start without that.
For one thing your title is too long. It should only be about 65 characters. I would say your keywords are too short, you should have some long tail and relivant keywords. Also you should put your scripts in a separate file. All of these will help you with your chances for ranking. i think you can replace flash show in the head with html show using <marquee><pic source></marquee> this my be better
That is a non-standard element that isn't even part of the HTML specification. Not only that, but it's a behavioral element which should be achieved by using unobtrusive and accesible JavaScript instead. In other words, don't use it. Just Say No To <marquee>.
