As the title suggest, does anyone get any success with Google Affiliate Network?

I am from India, and I want to promote freebie offers. Can anyone help me to find freebie offers of Google Affiliate Network?

Can somebody tell me what the difference is between Google Affiliates and the Google Referrals thing that was chopped?
