Nice to meet you. I though about doing an MBA as well, changed plans due to cost but I think I might end up doing this at a later date.

I thought about being a Student but I didn't really fancy any of the Ents so my Ent stud days we're short lived, in fact non existent.

    It's my little joke, yes > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ent :)

As in fact, I wasn't allowed to be a student, had to go to work at 16...

What did you study? We learn new things on a daily basis, whether in school or not. I like what you have done with Guest crew.

LOL nice one, I had to look up the word "Ent". I won't have gone if there were Ent myself.

In certain professions having a degree is compulsory but in majority of fields just having a long work experience makes you stand out in the job application/interview.

Two ways to learn in summary :
Learn by being taught or by experience.

I started a degree, but dropped out. It was a load of junk that I had done before at college. The final tipping point was when a lecturer told me, "Why are you reading that rubbish? It will never amount to anything." That was about a HTML and CSS book. My thoughts were - what I was learning now (68K machine code) would never be of any use to me. Well, it hasn't. Nor were any of the other subjects. I now have a degree in eCommunications, which was much more useful for me (well, for my "hobby", but not my job).
