Dear Fellow Designers, As a template designer, i need to use stock photos that allows to use photos for templates. Do you know any good site that is affordable to use them in templates? Some of top sites like istockphoto and others do not allow this , though they allow, they are costlier than 10gm gold. They dont understand the market of templates i think. Please suggest me any very good stock photos site that also give 3D stock images. Thanks for your all your help, Best Regards, Nirmal
There is nothing "FREE" in internet. If you check the small 9px font sized license, you will see the trap. Thanks for the idea. But it is risky for template business. Best Regards, Nirmal
BigStockPhoto.com - they allow using their images in templates (with a standard license): http://www.bigstockphoto.com/usage.html Their photo library is smaller than IstockPhoto one though.
istockphoto has some really inexpensive stuff and if you don't mind a more vague but free license there is always sxc.hu but I'm not sure if I would like to trust their license when it comes to commercial work.
@Varelse , Your reply is very very helpful for me. I shall check that surely. As you say it is smaller. Bigstockphotos really understand what a designer needs. Any more options please. Thank you, Best Regards, Nirmal
Dear @Desman, Are you sure istockphoto gives "inexpensive" options? I think it is at least more than $50 (i am not sure) for single image to be used in templates. iStockphoto is mostly meant for single website and single client. I think not for templates business that goes for multiple users. If you can give any url in istockphoto that gives options for inexpensive photos, please guide me there, Thanks your time and reply, Best Regards, Nirmal
Ok, I take that currently bigstockphoto is the only solution as of now. If any you can reply this thread. Thank you, Best Regards, Nirmal
Ok, Here i myself conclude the stock images that best for templates, 1. BigStockPhoto 2. Clipart 3. gifart Also, by doing a research i found that i could save upto 25$ by using stockxpert for extended license. Thanks for all the inputs, Best Regards, Nirmal
