    It means:

    Oi!Oi! Farah called me from school and asked which brother (could be a slang) will be coming to pick her up.

    then go to google translator to get your answer. :D

    BTW whats special in this so you want translation when you dunno about hindi/urdu

    Two people already translated it and they are right...
    Right now Farah called me from School and asked me that which brother is going to pick her up
    Abhe Abhe is nt a slang bt it means RIGHT NOW!!
    It's for sure Urdu and not Hindi as Hindi words are little bit different :)
