    I am trying to promote a good program I found. The problem is that the page has a popup and an exit popup, and Adwords doesn't allow that.

    If I create a landing page saying something like "site has moved, we will take you there in a few seconds", forward it to the site, and use this page for my adwords url, would this be allowed?

    It won't work, the best thing is to create a landing page with all information about your product, and then with an user click go to your page with popups.

    Google don't like your page if it has a redirect, even if you wait few seconds to do it.

    Some programs will create a page without popups for an AdWords landing page if you ask.
