it would be much better of someone i have simple script tracks clicks (i suppose through cookies) and the disalow adsense to be displayed if there are too much clicks (in my opinion more than 5-10 clicks)

Don't worry man. Google detetcts all fraud clicks and deduct that amount from your earnings. Goggle will not ban you for someone intensionally clicks on your site ads. Google have powerful tool, and recognises all.

There is really not much, that can be done against malicious visitors. Once they get a banner (and there is no way to tell in advance, if a page is served to a user with malicious intent), they can simply open ads in new windows over and over again.
