    any serious sites that help Bloggers (i'm interested in serious blogs not crappy blogs) connect to people that will do guest blogging ...

    If you want guest bloggers to submit articles to you then create a page on your site with 'Write For Us' in the title and you will get lots of requests.

    If you want to find blogs you can guest post on, do a google search for 

    
keyword intitle:"write for us"
