I'd personally go with Wordpress. The interface can be very simple to use... as simple as login and use the Quick post box if all you want to do is make basic postings.

The beauty of Wordpress is though that while you can use it as a simple CMS or blog platform there is a ton of power under the hood if you want to utilise it later. You might find after using a simple solution for a few months you want to add to it and make it do more... and going for a basic solution might leave you stuck and having to move to a more powerful option which will be a pain.

Also a ton of plug-ins and add-ons have been created for Wordpress for many different applications which you might find helpful later on.

If you want to get something on the web and don't want to mess with a website the best thing I can come up with is posterous just google it, of course I cannot post a link as a new member. Heck you don't even need an account, just email the email address they give you and it is on the web! I mean, so easy it is almost silly.

I need a very easy to use free article management system, back easy to manage, good user design, and template design.
