Is there any website offering a package similar to MS office live Basics? I felt this site is good for people who dont have any knowledge about website design, but MS is asking for credit card details to sign up even for a free basics package. Is there any other website offering a similar package?
Google offers a package slightly similar called Google Apps. They provide you with a custom start page, access to Google Page Creator (WYSIWYG web design), Google Calendar, Google Talk, and Gmail accounts (up to 50 with 2GB I believe) You would have to register the domain yourself (around $8 at GoDaddy), then use a free DNS service like ZoneEdit.com as the host, and Google has instructions for interfacing it with your domain.
