Any SEO from the UK? How much do you get paid?

Hi,

I'm from India. I'm looking for SEO's from the UK. Just wanna know how much would you consider as a good pay there for an SEO Expert managing a few websites?

I recently got an offer to be working on SEO firm in UK, so am wondering how much pay should i ask them?

Can someone help?

Well I know a lot of UK SEO proffesionals

They charge £5-20 an hour depending on how good they are (me £18)
