any SEO diff for hosting a site as add-on domain

    Hi,

    Is there any differerent between (regarding to SEO thing)
    - hosting a site by independent cpanel hosting account, and
    - hosting a site under a "add-on domain" of my main website (this is just to save some money for opening a new cpanel hosting account.)

    I always thought cpanel was software to make webhosting easy? If so cpanel really has nothing to do with it
