Any Sedo users here?

I am curious if there are any Sedo users here, and if so, do you actually get any money?

I have heard that some people own 10 or 100 domains and can pull in $150/day just from having the domains parked. Is that even possible?

Yeah I was using them last month and I was paid last week.

I've now switched to using Godaddy mainly.

 

So now the next obvious question is, how the heck do those sites get traffic?

funny question . . . sedo is doing the monetization but its not gonna get you the type in traffic . . .its because the domain name is common and people just type it in expecting to see a site with related information (fork.com to buy forks)

People with $150 have not 100 names but much much more OR few super premium type-in traffic domains
Don't think you can get even close to $2 per day with new registrations or just names sound good to your ears
sedo is good for multilingual traffic, namedrive is also good

 

Yep, better develop some of the best domains first, then the rest little by little...

 

Parking domain names doesn't create traffic, if you have traffic these services can try to earn you revenue from it.

 

I have yet to make a cent from Sedo from my parked domains

 

I sign-up for sedo 6 days back and I am at 0.02 EUR for my first click Hope to get more domains parked soon...
