The email template function for link exchanges can be quite useful as well as the automated link directory creation pages. The rest of the software is garbage. The link finder sucks and the other features are nearly useless. I used the software for a few months and ended up going back to manually doing it. However, I'm an extremely fast typist and coder...for those who aren't the software would be the easier way to go. By the way, I live only a few miles from Detroit....haven't heard of your service/business but I wish you luck with it and your SEO.
Personally, I think SE Nuke is a more powerful software. They have a 7 day trial which is generally enough time to get familiar with it and see what you can accomplish.
