Any reliable payment processors of debit cards accept loading funds by a third party

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a reliable payment processor of prepaid or debit cards that accept loading funds to the account or the debit card by a third party like some affiliate networks (by direct deposit or wires).

    I've found some good payment processors but they accept only US residents. while I'm an international affiliate. Others accept people from all the world but they don't allow adding funds by a third party (merchants, CPA networks....etc) like Skrill and Neteller!!!

    Any help will be appreciated :)

    It is going to be difficult then. Are you selling prepaid debit cards?

    No, I'm not selling anything,
    I need a payment service that offers debit cards to let my affiliate networks send my funds (my affiliate commissions) to it by direct deposit IF the payment processor accepts that, like Skrill, Neteller and Paxum, but they don't accept bank wires from a 3rd party (like affiliate networks).
