Are there any reliable payment processing exchange services that are able to exchange from paypal to alertpay?
I am not sure about Alertpay but Paypal does not allow their platform to be used for money exchanges and thus any sites or services offering it would not have the blessings of Paypal and would be in serious breach of their contractual agreement with paypal. In short, even if they may be honest, they are doing something against the rules and most may not even have the Money Exchange License from their State or Federal Government to engage in such activities which would make them doing something illegal in their country.
I need some type of exchange i have alot of paypal but i want alertpay. That really sucks big time doesnt it.
Why not just withdraw the funds from paypal to your bank account and then top up your alertpay account that way.
From my point of view never trust any payment processing exchange services as most of them are fraud. And btw it is also against terms of paypal (exchange money) so better you do what eddy said for your own safety. DON.
