Any RELIABLE file hosting service out there?

I know that rapidshare is pretty reliable but I need someplace where I can host larger files. 500 to 750 MB. I know I can use rapidshare and just split them up but I thought that maybe I am missing a good site that will work. One that will allow large uploads and BE AROUND a while.

Can anyone share their favorite sites?

    Thanks
    Eddie

Rapidshare drives me crazy since the CATS showed up. I try to hit it at Happy Hour all the time now.

I also tried megaupload but its very spotty. I'm creating a meeting place (forum) where people can come and get "stuff". I wanna keep them happy but downloading 10 files from Rapidshare at 100MB each is a pain in the butt. But it may be the only way to go unless I host it all myself...and that'd be pricy I imaging.

    Any others please?

    Thanks
    Eddie

    lol... you two...

anyways, there's not a whole lot of sites around that allow for big files, maybe turboupload.com or filesend.net?

    LET THE BIDDING BEGIN!!!!! lol

Problem with getting a VPS or Server is the cost of course. But more importantly, the loss of all of the information if the host company fails or just leaves as so many of them do. That's why I emphasize RELIABLE.

Stroh, I will check out turboupload...havent seen that one yet.

    Thanks
    Eddie

Also if interested, i can offer you VPS's starting at $29.99 and even powerhouse ones as well. I can also get you situated on a new server I recently setup so it would practically be semi-dedicated hosting at the cost of shared. But let me know if I can further help.

    Thanks,
    Ryan
