    1. We offer 24/7 support via our ticket system

    2. We have reseller accounts starting from $10.95 a month all the way up to 34.95/month. Right now on our site we have a coupon where you can receive 25% off the price

    3. We have been a business for 2+ years under the name Devoted Host. We made a recent name change for branding purposes.

    4. We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee but generally speaking we're more in the 99.99% range each month. Keep in mind 99.99% is only 4.5mins of down time a month. Not many hosts offer this sort of guarantee in a shared environment due to just so many things that can happen. Once the more popular control panels support clustering I'm sure we'll see higher guarantees.

    5. Well, there is no reason we cannot sell an unlimited number of accounts. We continue to upgrade servers and add infrastructure. Unlike a lot of hosts on here we do not do life time accounts. So we can continue to have payments coming in so we can afford to add machines.
