    Can anyone recommend any traffic services that convert well for weight loss or dating niches? (I mean singles/romance, not adult content)

    get some articles submit to directories ezinearticles etc submitt to digg,stumbleupon,twitter,facebook etc make sure you have sitemaps and walla real traffic thats interested in weightloss free :)

    Yes, writing articles on the subject and promoting these heavily will build a traffic source directly from the search engines, which is good in the long term
