Any recommended template for a simple website (Wordpress)

    I have done some simple search for the Wordpress theme for my simple website. However, I only find a lot of wordpress themes which are only suitable for magazine, portfolio, blogging and photo management. I need a simple theme for my website. I need a simple theme like this website (http://www.dk-schweizer.com/exotics/index.php). Mainly, it is used to list out my services and products. There is no regular update needed. Any help would be appreciated.
