Any recommendations on eSyndicat

Well i am planning to buy eSyndiCat and as i am completely unaware of the script, can anyone give me some recommendations.

Would like to hear from the actual users.

I recently paid a high price for Adult Web Directory which uses eSyndicat script and i bought it for the design.

The admin panel is very user friendly but phpld users have go habit of the backend hence eSyndicat seems to have many options.

 

i run it on an adult directory i have and have no problems with it..does have alot of options in the admin panel,although im not sure if there is alot of skins or mods for it..

 

Well i guess i am eagerly awaiting to try our eSyndicat tomorrow, havent had much exposure to PHPld and i guess they are a class apart and have someting good about themselves.

I love to play around with the admin feature and could occupy myself the whole day tomorrow,

The default install looked pretty impressive and i am not to great a fan of mods, unless it has something to do with functionality..

The few skins i have seen are totally rocking and i guess i could survive with those

I don't know admin functionality but as a user it sure looks to be a decent script.

 

am using esyndicat and never had a problem with it. They have a great support who are always ready to support u. plus u have great free MODs done by the support team. I am sure with the release of esyndicat 2.2 expected next week it will even be better.

 

Yup i did meet a few users who vouched for that...one of my best friends is a eSyndicat lover and he felt the same

Will check out the forum for new release dates, dont want to be upgrading right after installing the script...plan to have a few (3-5) dirs on the script

One of my directories is running on eSyndicat and I'm very satisfied with it.

 

yes there is a lot of templates and mods and you get the unbranded version for just $49 and that's cheap compared to phpld. It does have all functions like a phpld top version and also has more features like banner management,etc etc.

 

I'll add my 2cents here as well...I too have an EX directory and believe it or not..it too is an Adult oriented one. Lol

As already said...it does have a great admin panel with lots of great options and there are some templates available for it.

I do believe there is a soon to be released version 2.2 (I can't remember). My only problem with it is that Simon in the last few months sold it or merged with a group that is also working on some other scripts. The support forum is a wreck with complaints and people begging to get their questions answered.

Historicly the upgrade proces has been a nightmare as well going from the 1.x to 2.x versions with very little support or guidance other than pleas for assitance in the forum.

I use eSyndicat Pro for directories and also as a CMS for some of my sites.

There is a lot of stuff could be done with it even without any mods.

Like Majnoon mentioned RC of new version should be available in a few days and from what I heard - it will be a killer...

Be aware that price for the Unlimited license will go up to $249 after official release day so it may be worth to get it now for $149...

Yes I will be upgrading existing templates. I actually have number of people waiting to sponsor next free template but it makes no sense to create one before new 2.2 version is out.
