any reason I don't see AM's on aim anymore?

    Just wondering... I don't see any azoogle AM's on AIM anymore. Is there a reason for that?

    They're online, but several are on vacation this week. Is there anything specific you need help with? You can always call in and speak to someone else or just shoot us an email and one of the other AMs will be happy to help.

    Is that the reason my am was switch? cause he is on vacation, the current am I have doesn't even have a picture up.
