There always seems to be money in that niche and a lot of ways to monitize without using affiliates You can't have a double optin list of over 1mill realtors, you would basically have every realtors email address in the US. That list has been going around for years
My company is just getting started on one of our new ventures which is a American Luxury Travel website and we do have a similar niche. I think there are many people on here though who do real estate internet marketing.
