any program that pays/email sign up?

does anyone know a program that pays/email sighn up like this:

i place something on my site like sign up to the blabla newsletter, someone fills in his/her e-mail clicks sign up and i get paid.

Yeah, there are many email-submit offers which pay per email submit.
You can find these types of offers with major affiliate networks.
You will get paid up to $2-$3 per email submit with few affiliate networks.

you could pm me your ref links if you want to im not sure what big affiate networks i should join. im allready with cpalead and a few others but non offer this exact option as far as i know...

k signed up with neverblue i am member of cpalead and aan but they do not really have these offers that i mean

what i mean would be that i place a textbox or something on my site with subscribe now for blablabla an user puts in his info clicks on confirm and i earn.
