Any Program or Site that will submit your site to tons of directories at one time?

I would like to believe that is possible. I can only say that from my own SEO efforts so far, the only links that show up in Google Webmaster Tools are the ones made by article submission (and then only a small fraction of the actual submissions.) I think I have yet to see any free directory entry show up in Google. So at this point I am skeptical of the value of directories for SEO (even though I have a couple of my own.)
