does any one in this forum got a google adsense premium account? what is the criteria for this account?
Premium publisher. It takes 20,000,000 page views a month on a single site, I believe, to even be considered.
I have been a premium publisher for a little over 4 months now. It is a nice thing to know your doing pretty well in your field i guess. But then again, im sure others will be there soon.
Did you apply? Or Google just contacted/informed you that you're now a premium pub? I got almost 20 million ad impressions on last month of May. I heard you don't actually need to have exactly 20 million ad impressions/month to be considered, as long as your site has quality content. Thanks in Advance and I envy you. lol.
Don't envy my sites. Because all of them are really crap except one. I didn't apply for it directly. I applied for a phone account. And electronic funds transfers before they came available for normal publishers, and they said thats for premium publishers. Than they checked and i had sufficient impressions, so they just put me in that category. Im quite sure with 20 million impressions you could get listed as a premium easy because i think i was averaging about 17 million when they accepted me. Heaps of content though. Talking thousands of unique pages.
Wow, you guys are huge!~.~My monthly impressions sum up to just slightly more than 7000, from 2 sites. Now I know it's a rule that big adsensers only own 1 big site.
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=352609 I assume, your first year with adsense was a long time ago? Pierce
hahaha im not a premium publishers you bogo's but i want to be. On a more serious note i know people that are. Mainly from site point. But i had you guys on for a second lol
yeah, you were taking it a bit too cooly but yeah, premium isnt that easy to get into. Look it at like this you will become premium when you have googles attention. But I have heard some people on webmasterworld that have premium accounts, have been back charged something close to $150,000 due to "invalid clicks".. ouch. Pierce *edit* http://www.webmasterworld.com/google_adsense/3163920.htm $200k lost due to invalid clicks
150 000. Thats massive. But i spose they must be earning a lot more than that. I predict they would be on millions of dollars a year.
premium account seems to be very cool. i think the ads format can be customized, like they have done on the digg
