maybe its from people that dont know what a PPM is :D

not many offer paypal,if they do offer it their not worth signing up with.
i dont know if they still do,but yesup (clicksor, paypopup) did.

Exactly! What is PPM? Pay per minute?

If you ask me, AdBrite and text-link-ads offer payment by Paypal. Are these PPM?

    i just remembered,adengage does paypal.
it doesn't pay as much as adbrite, but it might have a better CTR.
network ads are 3-6 cents per click.
