any PPC program with referral or affiliate system for getting advertisers

    i know google adwords removed theirs

    and most that im coming accross have commission for getting publishers. i need one tht will give commission for advertisers (spending money)

    I have heard about textervise.com have alook at them, not sure if they will cater for what you want though.
