I guess you'll have a hard time finding a reliable site like that.. Popupad did, but I guess they aren't paying yet (not sure 100% on that one though). There's also a CPM company called CPMBucks, but I don't know much aboout them either.
Can't you just use PayPal and publish the ads of some well-known company..?

e-gold is the worst, they wont suspend your account, but they'll freeze your money without any reason!
