Any PPC/CPM which pays monthly via PayPal

    any major company other then google usually pays net 30 via paypal.

    I haven't used google adsense in while but will start using it again. Are you sure it does not use paypal at all? What do they use now?

    Google does not accept paypal at all which is stupid. What I did was order the paypal debit card and in a few days I got it in the mail. I then went back to google and used it. So in a sense I am using paypal because the debit card is linked to paypal. Maybe this will work out for you.
