Any plugin or script to add blogroll or blog comments over multiple Wordpress blogs?

    Is there a plugin or script that will allow you to add a blogroll link or blog comment across many different Wordpress blogs? Like example, you want to add same one blogroll link across 30 blogs. So you just add once to one main blog and the plugin or script will copy the blogroll link across all 30 blogs.
