Any place to check what product need special approval before send to customer?

We can sell almost everything in eBay, just wonder any place that we can check on the rules or law before we send those product to them to ensure there are legal? For example, sex toy cannot send to those country like Malaysia. Please sharing with me if you know where to check those information. Thanks
