I'll be quite simple here. I run a PhpBB3 forum (duh) with a good deal of members. It occurred to me that my BST section usually has so many topics in it, one won't stay up on the first page for more than 15 minutes and most topics are hardly noticeable due to the authors pathetic choice of title (kind of like DP's BST section!). Being the clever webmaster I am (I hope I am ) I thought "What if you could charge people a few bucks to have there post stickied for a few days or have the title bolded so it could be seen easier?" Well I'm no HTML god, nor am I even a beginner yet so I'm guess this is beyond my skills. Keeping it simple, if you think that you can answer that bolded question above with "Yes I can make that mod for PhpBB3 forums." or you want to see some mock-up images I made and you want to help cheer on the first person to take on this task you can check out the original topic I made over at the PhpBB3 forums.
