To make it work, you'll need to add money to your account and pay with your PayPal balance" I have $800 in my pp, Also i have checked when i add philippine info , i get a confirmation Email with austrailia added in the end of Country name instead of Phillipines Kindly Help me
i'm not sure but i'm paying a balance to my bank annually so i can use paypal thru EON program of unionbank, maybe you need a bank from Philippines.
